Licenciada Fénix Vidal Marty completed her Law studies at the prestigious University “Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM)” in January, year 2012. Along with Law school, she obtained a Partnership in International Business at the Universidad Tompkins Cortland Community College in Dryden, New York. Later on, she completed the program of the Maters in State Administration Law at the IGlobal Institute, with double certification with the prestigious University “Universidad de Salamanca (Spain)”.

She has realized numerous diplomas, workshops and seminars focused on Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law and its conflicts, Financial Regulation Law, Commercial Relations product of DR-CAFTA, Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism, amongst others. She has self-taught the English language and has realized courses in the French language. In addition, she has realized courses in Accounting for Lawyers, Corporate Etiquette and Protocol, amongst others.

She has worked in corporate law for more than eight years, throughout her career she has worked as Paralegal, Lawyer and Coordinator in prestigious firms, was part of the Quality Control Unit of the Mercantile Registry of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo, obtaining various recognitions for her performance. In such position, she had the opportunity of imparting workshops to the public upon the Mercantile Registry, and internally to the personnel upon different aspects of foreign companies. She collaborated as External Attorney for the Chamber of Deputies of the Dominican Republic. Currently she occupies the position of Senior Attorney of the firm.
